manifesto

Blister-T is a tribal place of sharing and promotion of a lost sociality.

Blister-T  is the will to find again in Milan an accessibility and a welcome now lost because of the logic of the market.

Blister-T is a hostel for young nomads.

Blister-T is a repeatable model, in different environments, in different situations, for different needs.

Blister-T is a permanent ritual in a Milan always celebrating some "weeks".

Blister-T is an adaptive space.

Blister-T is a refuge for: the Zen fashionista, the compulsive fan, the cinephile, the street photographer, the warriors of the Milanese nights, the out-of-towners of the week.

Blister-T is also a refuge for: migrants, homeless, political refugees and sons of emergency situations.

Blister-T is an itinerant pavilion.

Blister-T is a project never realized by three students of Politecnico di Milano.

Blister-T is the result of a wise research in the field of indigenous tribes, starting from the study of their creation, distribution and structural design.

are you looking for experiencing the city of Milan in its hustle and bustle?

are you desperately searching for an economic solution in this expensive urban jungle?

are you ready to follow your passions no matter the high rents of the city?

Blister-T is a temporary hub located in BAM park (Biblioteca degli Alberi Milano) near Garibaldi FS station.

This project aims to make Milan a more welcoming city than it seems creating the possibility to live all the events of the city in a more accessible way

The hostel does not have a fixed number of rooms but the final configuration can ideally grow through all the park depending on the number of tribe members present.

The services offered are based on the primary necessities of the individual: a system composed by one private garden, shared kitchens and bathrooms is provided for multiple single sleeping units. The relation between private and public spaces will improve the sense of community.
